The 新MG线上电子游戏 has the opportunity to be known for giving all of its members the skills to engage in 多样性, 股本, 包容工作. The development of these skills is central to improving our culture. 在2020-2021学年, we will continue to grow trainings 和 professional development tailored to the unique needs 和 perspectives of the DU community. 它们包括:
- Chancellor’s Cabinet, deans 和 associate deans: All leadership will complete the FIIT inclusive teaching practices training modules.

There will also be opportunities for further professional development offered regularly through FIIT throughout the winter 和 spring quarters.

Resident Assistants (RAs) 和 Discoveries Leaders (DLs) will also complete this module. Going forward, DU could open this up to all undergraduate 和 graduate students this year.
Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)
探索 a framework for the implementation of the IDI, only theory-based assessment of intercultural competence that allows individuals 和 leaders in organizations to see a personal, 以及机构, 进步与成长. The IDI will give DU the ability to create a professional 和 personal development baseline 和 development plan for 工作人员 和 教师.

Moving the Needle Through Inclusive Teaching
